- 100 g of margarine
- 200 g of milk

Method of preparation
Wash the rice and swab it with a clean towel to dry.
Squeeze it with a sieve until it becomes very fine and boil it in milk.

Leave the resulting paste to cool and then spread it on a gauze band so that it does not exceed 1.5 cm in thickness.
Add the grated apples and run to get a roll.
Brush a frying pan with a little butter, add water and put the chicken into it for 10 to 15 minutes, covering it with a lid.
Serve warm rolls with the remaining butter melted above.
