Velvet Martini

  • 30 ml of coffee liqueur
  • ice

  • 150 ml of brown rum

Water, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt boil over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. The mixture then squeezes, adds rum and is served while still hot.

  • A cup and half of powdered sugar
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 can of fat cream (at least 36% fat)
  • 700 ml of Bourbon
  • 100 ml of brown rum
  • 500 ml of cognac

In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks until they harden and get a light yellow color, then gradually incorporate the sugar. Separately, mix the milk with half a cream sack, using a phone. Then add the bourbon, rum and cognac, stirring continuously, then pour over the yolks and homogenize the composition. Before serving, beat the egg whites until it hardens and mix everything. The remainder of the cream is poured until it becomes solid and added to the final in the mix. The drink is served in medium-sized glasses with a fresh nutmeg powder on top.

  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup of rum
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

Mix all ingredients in the blender at high speed for 5 minutes and leave the mix in the refrigerator for several hours. It is served cold.

  • A cup of cranberry
